1. About us

EGbatt Technology Company Limited (Shenzhen EGBATT Co., Ltd.) designs and manufactures lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery packs, energy-storage systems and solar-powered EV charging equipment, and supplies them wholesale, as OEM/ODM and to distributors.

2. Product information

Specifications, datasheets, cycle-life figures, compatibility lists, prices and lead times shown on this site and in our videos are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Battery compatibility depends on inverter model and firmware version; you must confirm the configuration for your own system before ordering. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; a binding agreement arises only from a written proforma invoice or purchase order that we accept.

3. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Prices exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. Order quantities, payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), warranty terms and any customisation are governed by the specific proforma invoice, purchase order or supply agreement you and we sign, which prevails over anything shown on this site.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, videos and product designs on this site are owned by or licensed to EGbatt and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. You may download material for your own internal evaluation and, where we have supplied it to you, for resale marketing of genuine EGbatt products.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our enquiry forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site at a rate that damages it, or post unlawful content through any form on the site.

6. Safety and compliance

Lithium batteries must be installed, transported, used and disposed of in accordance with applicable law and the product manual. Lithium shipments are subject to UN38.3 testing and transport documentation requirements. It is the installer’s and reseller’s responsibility to comply with local electrical, building, fire and product-compliance rules.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, EGbatt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from installation, misapplication, unauthorised modification or use with incompatible equipment. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your country. Disputes are subject to the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, unless your signed contract provides otherwise.
